Below are a few of our values that we hold of utmost importance. We strive daily to make sure our values make it into anything and everything we do. There is not magical list of values. Values are what YOU hold valuable. That list may look different from person to person, and that’s okay. I firmly believe you begin to feel “unbalanced” when your values aren’t making it into your daily life. The secret is not to be able to do it all, but to make sure the non-negotiable items make it into your agenda. I encourage you to think about your values and fight to include them in all you do.

Faith is very important to me. I grew up in church my whole life, and I am very thankful for that upbringing. With that being said, it wasn’t until my adult years where I truly understood the difference between relationship and religion. I have a relationship with Jesus. It’s more than just going to church on Sunday, it’s doing life with Him each and every day. My faith, my relationship with Jesus, it’s a non-negotiable.

I love my family so very much. I don’t want to get twenty years down the road and noticed I built an amazing business, but lost my family along the way. We are a team. This isn’t Jer’s journey, or mom’s journey, it’s our journey. We believe in incorporating our girls in all we do. I firmly believe there is no better way to teach them about life, than walking out this journey together. We strive to help our girls see their unique design and find ways that design can benefit others.

I wake up and do what I do each day, because of people. This journey is about PEOPLE. People figuring out who they are, what makes them tick, and finding the courage to be who they were made to be. That is my mission. My mission is to encourage and inspire people to be who they are made to be, oh, and show them Jesus.

I never want to think I have arrived. There is always more to learn, new things to discover, and ways to grow as a person. Life is a journey of growth. We grow by reading new books, attending workshops, and simply observing the world around us. Perfectionism isn’t the goal. I will never be perfect, and I am okay with that. However, I will always be growing!

Can you have both? Why, I sure hope so. You see, pride is poison and can destroy you in the blink of an eye. I’ve walked the path of thinking I had it going on and anything I touched could turn to gold. Ummm, you better brace yourself when you think like that, because destruction is right around the corner. While I think humility is totally key, I also believe you need to be confident in who you are and who you were made to be. Confidence with Humility.

I believe every person was born with gifts and talents. We can either use them, be jealous of the gifts others have instead of what we have, or we can put them on a shelf and never use them. I choose to embrace what I’m good at instead of thinking of all the things I’m not good at. You thrive when you embrace your unique design. I firmly believe you are living a life of worship when you embrace the strengths God gave you.
